1. Rest assured, our consultations and services remain strictly confidential. Your personal and business information stays safe with me. In return, please refrain from sharing my private business information, consulting notes, fees, or documents.
2. To secure your desired date, please make payments when booking.
3. Should payment not be made within 48 hours of your chosen date, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. Please note that payments are non-refundable.
4. Life happens! I'm happy to reschedule your appointment if needed. However, this doesn't apply to group workshops and events.
5. Please notify me of changes or cancellations at least 48 hours before our scheduled appointment.
6. A $50 fee applies for cancellations or rebookings within 24 hours of your appointment. No-shows will not be refunded, and rebooking will be at my discretion.
7. Pre-paid services must be scheduled and completed within one year of the original payment.
8. You'll be included in my email newsletter list by scheduling a consultation or service. Feel free to unsubscribe anytime—your information will always be kept confidential.
9. Your participation in events, products, or services signifies your agreement with my Privacy Policy. Sometimes, you may be asked to sign a waiver before service begins.
10. Attendees should be punctual, respectful, and positive during group events. Disruptive behavior or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in removal without a refund.
